A2 "write a personal response (250-300wds)  to the Harris OR the Likenesses or Dillard essay as an example of reasoning by analogy.  A3 READ: an online op-ed (please print out a hard copy) Find and LABEL these parts of the argument ON the printout: 1) underline the thesis, [may not be at the beginning...]and 2) identify the main appeal find/cite evidence from the OpEd to support that. WRITE:  3). in a separate MLA doc. [c.250-300 wds] evaluate the effect/success of the op-ed from your own thinking. -Do include a title [not just a heading] for your evaluation of the OpEd.
